You have become a vistor Blogger stranger than , 'the blue moon'!
Your question about being catapulted into many worlds - I guesss it depends upon whata the person /reader wants to see.

Anil Kurup: First of all, thanks for the visit to an almost defunct blog. Yeah, there’s nothing to write, my muse seems to have disowned me. “What the person/reader wants to see”. We extract meaning from the text rather than attributing meaning to it, isn’t it so?

Precisely, That was what I alluded to. Many read with preconceived ideas, thoughts and notions. They fail to see the things anew and different. If one ebmarks without prejudice I think it makes thinks pleasant.
If for instance one reads with a premeditated idea books like, The Satanic Rites or Shame, even Lady Chattrely's Lover. Even the Bible - I'm sure faithfuls must have missed the essence, because they read the versions with ideas of miracles, devil and the good.
This is my thought.

Anil Kurup: History has countless examples how books and the ideas they put forth were manipulated by people with vested interests. I agree with what you said.

I liked Anilkurup's observation about faithfuls missing the essence of Bible since they read taking a position. How true!
